The board is also responsible for performing Architectural Reviews. To prevent future conflict or unexpected problems with an upcoming build project, we'd strongly advise you to pass your project through the neighborhood architectural review.
The board's commitment to you is that we will process your review in a timely manner and we will only judge the criteria of your project based upon the objective limits set within the published architectural requirements as defined in the HOA restrictions documents which are published.
There is a yearly public HOA Members Meeting in Q1 where members will be allowed to vote on board seat assignments, special assessments, neighborhood policy changes, and more.
